• Current safe sleep standards from the American Academy of Pediatrics

• How to safely swaddle your baby

• How to use your car seat and what car seat your new addition should be using

• Breast/bottle feeding with an emphasis on what is right for you and your family

• Baby proofing

• How to diaper a baby, cloth diapers vs disposable

• Baby wearing

• When and how do you start feeding your baby solid foods

• What the warning signs of a postpartum mood disorder are, and more!

 

This class is open to all regardless of how your family has/is being formed all are welcome!
