**Next Class March 20th 2020** You're welcoming someone new into your family! Congratulations! But now what do you do! Don't panic! In this 2.5 hour class you will learn how to safely care for your new addition as well as some tips, tricks, and necessities! This class includes: *Current safe sleep standards from the American Academy of Pediatrics. *How to safely swaddle your baby. *How to use your car seat and what car seat your new addition should be using. *Breast/bottle feeding with an emphasis on what is right for you and your family. *Baby proofing. *How to diaper a baby, cloth diapers vs disposable. *Baby wearing. *When and how do you start feeding your baby solid foods. *What the warning signs of a postpartum mood disorder are. *A voucher for a car seat check to be scheduled for a later date, and more! **This class is open to all regardless of how your family has/is being formed all are welcome!**
